Arc de Triomphe monument is within a 10-minute walk from this elegant 19th-century-style apartment.
The area is one of the most chic and comfortable Paris. You will find everything you need nearby: restaurants, cafes, market, bakery, pharmacy ... and you are in the neighborhood of the luxury brands. You will stay a few meters from the most beautiful avenue in the world.
On the second floor with elevator, this apartment offers a large lounge, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 large bedrooms and three bathrooms. The apartment is very bright.

The vibrant and fashionable surrounding area includes tree-lined streets restaurants, cafés and markets.
HOW TO GET THERE
Three metro lines (line 1, line 2 and line 6) and several bus lines are nearby, ideal for getting around Paris.
You are 3 minutes walk to Champs Elysees, 10 minutes from the Louvre Museum and La Defense.
You are also directly connected to all stations in Paris : Gare de l'Est, Gare du Nord, Gare de Lyon and Gare Montparnasse. You can take the train directly to London, Brussels, Amsterdam.
FROM / TO AIRPORT
From the station Châtelet you can take the train to the airport Charles de Gaulle and Orly.

The apartment can be rented for a minimum of three (3) nights and a maximum of six (6) months.
LATE ARRIVALS CHARGES
For late arrivals, please note that a late check-in charge will apply, which amounts to EUR 20 between 8 PM and 10 PM and EUR 40 after 10 PM.
A deposit of € 500 is required to cover any damage or repairs in the apartment because of the tenants. It should be set by CB on the day of arrival with our mobile payment terminal (the sum in question is not charged but "pre- authorized" like renting a car for example).

Apartment was very nice. We had a good time in Paris and enjoyed our stay.
Quite small but comfortable apartment in Le Marais close to an interesting neighbourhood and market.
Flat was well equipped with an excellent shower.
The host was helpful and pleasant.
Good area for restaurants and shops and a gentle 15 stroll to the river etc.
We had a magnificent week in Paris.
The weather was great, it was summer in March!
There was a small problem with the geyser, but Jeremy solved this problem as soon as possible. The suffered nuisance was perfectly compensated.

My friends and I enjoyed our time at Jeremy's apartment. It's centrally located, close to the metro and a short walk to the RER. The area is really quiet and the apartment is very secure. For four, there was still plenty of space, and the kitchen gave us extra space to use as a group. Only downsides are that the bathroom doesn't have a proper door - definitely a necessary addition, and simple maintainence wasn't done - the shower flooded and we had to unclog the drain. Other than that, I would definitely recommend staying here when in Paris.

We stayed in Paris for 9 days. The arrival was ok, fortunately we found the apartment fast and we were welcomed by Jeremy’s assistant Lea. She was friendly but made a confused impression. Maybe this was the reason why she took our papers with a lot of Paris information (addresses etc.) with her. Later the electricity didn’t work in the apartment, which was not a big deal, because just some switches in the fuse box were turned off, BUT we called Lea three times because of our papers and later because of the electricity, but she didn’t answer the phone and also never called back.
About the apartment we can generally say that it was ok, but nothing more. It was rebuilt prior our arrival, so everything is new there - the furniture, the bathroom, the kitchen etc. But unfortunately nothing was clean. The shower was dirty, the shelves full of dust. The dishes were not clean (despite the dishwasher) but the flat ground was the worst – we have no idea how long the floor was not cleaned, but it seemed the dirt was still from the rebuilding. Otherwise – if the apartment would be clean – it is a very nice place to stay! Its perfect for two people and you can find more shops in that area as you can go in. You have a lot of metro (and also a RER) stations nearby, so nothing is far away. If you go about three minutes you can sit on the river of Seine. It’s a beautiful place!
All in all we can say it was a nice city trip. And we would like to give a constructive feedback to the owner/assistants: Clean the apartment and call back if you see an unanswered call. The reason for could be important!
Nice appartment with all you can wish for. Excellent place to discover the rest of Paris. Metro is nearby (app. 100 m.). Parking across the street for € 25,00 per day. Supermarket and some bars nearby. The market in the street is enjoyable. Jeremy was helpfull and would recommend this place to friends. Tanx!
We had a very nice stay in Paris (despite the bad weather). The appartment is very nice - best booked for 4 persons. Very good location, all necessary facilities close by. I can highly recommend, would book it again.

Overall the apartment is nice, the only low side is too many old/antique decorative stuff to be aware of.
There will be an advantage if the owner put a light on the corridor/hall entering the apartment since it was dark during our stay so it made difficult for us to find the door knob and open it.
The location close to groceries, laverie and even there is a fresh market every Tuesday and Friday just across the building.
