The cosy apartment is on the 3rd floor of a building with a lift. There is a double bedroom and living/dining area with sofa bed. The kitchen is well-equipped with microwave, a washing machine, a kettle, coffee machine and toaster. The modern, tiled bathroom has a tub, shower and heated towel rail.
Located in the heart of Berlin, the apartment is 5 minutes’ walk from Museum Island and close to the main shopping street Friedrichstrasse. The area is packed with excellent bars, cafes and restaurants.
Links to public transport are excellent. The apartment is 2 minutes’ walk from Spittelmarkt U-Bahn (underground) station as well as tram and bus connections. There is parking available (paid) in a courtyard across the street.

The check-in has to be until 8:00 pm at the latest. After 8:00 p.m. an arrival is for organizational reasons no longer possible.No parties.

The apartment is fine, in a good location. The very friendly owner (Hille) lives in another city but her local agent, Herr Beyer is competent and responsive. The fact that he speaks no English was not a problem, as one of us is semi-fluent in German. As to flaws, the wi-fi could not be made to work by either us or Herr Beyer, forcing us to find internet cafes (not easy in central Berlin), and the TV also could not be switched on. And we missed having a microwave.
As a general comment, the apartrment is entirely adequate, but actually not very gemuetlich. There are no comfortable chairs for reading, the floors do not have rugs or carpets, and except for one small picture, the white walls are bare. As it happened, most of our Berlin stay was rainy, so we spent more time in the apartment that one ordinarily would on a summer holiday.
Nice apartment, well cleaned, in a wonderful position in the centre of berlin, very close to the u-bahn station. We had good time there, so I would you suggest this flat. Thank you Hille!
Die Wohnung war prima. Sie ist gut ausgestattet, sauber, geräumig und sehr zentral gelegen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Unterkunft war super, die Übergabe hat prima geklappt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ideal. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Besten Dank!!
Een prima appartement met goede voorzieningen, licht en schoon. Met z'n vieren kun je er goed in verblijven.
Die Übergabe erfolgte wie besprochen und somit zu aller Zufriedenheit. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gemäß der eingestellten Beschreibung. Die U-Bahn "Spittelmarkt" war fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Schönes Apartment in sehr zentraler Lage, für ein paar Tage Berlin sehr zu empfehlen.
Appartement clair ,bien agencé et silencieux. Proche du métro et de rues intéressantes. Idéal pour rayonner à la découverte de Berlin.
Das Apartment war in einem sehr guten Zustand, alles war sauber. Die Bettdecken waren ein bisschen schmal (90cm breit) und fürs Bettsofa gab es keinen Bezug. Ansonsten Top !
The flat is super central and just a two minute walk from the subway. It has everything you need for a short stay. The host is very friendly and super reliable. Will definitely come back.
