Located in very safe and eco-friendly neighborhood, the apartment is walking distance from many restaurants, shops, and local supermarkets. Transport by metro/tube, bus, and even bicycles are available nearby.
The spacious living room area hosts a couch that converts into a double sofa bed for additional guess, as well as an extra guest bed. A dining area for 4-6 can be found in the living room. The entertainment system includes a 32-inch digital TV, cable TV service, Blu-Ray & DVD player surround sound system, I-pod/I-phone speakers. There is fiber optic wireless broadband throughout (WIFI). A courtesy UK mobile phone is provided for your use during your stay.
The bedroom is furnished with a double-size bed fitted with a top quality memory foam mattress and fresh linens. The apartment benefits from blackout blinds for total darkness for a comfortable nights sleep, both in the bedroom and in the living room area for those sleeping on the sofa bed.
A bath and shower can be found in the bathroom along with fresh towels, a hair dryer, and a selection of shampoo and soaps for your convenience.
Making meals is easy with the fully equipped kitchen including: fridge and freezer, gas hob, oven, and microwave. From appliances to utensils, you will find everything you need for a meal on the go or a full course sit down dinner. Enjoy a morning coffee from the latest Nespresso coffee machine with a wide selection of flavor capsules and variety of mugs. A washing machine is conveniently located in the apartment for laundry.
This flat is managed by a professional support team who consistently provide outstanding customer care. The multi-lingual team speaks English, Italian, French, Portuguese and Spanish.
We have the best housekeeping and maintenance team to ensure that your flat will be polished upon arrival for your stay with us. Our green house keeping team is always eco-friendly, using only environmentally safe cleaning products.
Available for short-term rentals and special rates are available for bookings for several months. For more than 4 guests, we charge a supplement per night. The prices given are totally inclusive and there are no extra fees or taxes to add.

Once you book, we email you complete check-in details, contract, with full address, directions, instructions, emergency contacts, and a point of contact for your arrival. For your convenience we will meet you at the apartment on arrival so you don’t have to go to any office to collect keys. We will provide you with 2 sets of keys and all information you will need for your stay.

Angel and Highbury-&-Islington underground stations are on the same street as the apartment. St.Pancras station and its Eurostar terminal to Paris and Brussels is less than a 20-minute walk away. Many buses into the center and other parts of London can be found literally on your doorstep, and the West End can be reached in 15 minutes.

You benefit from use of a courtesy UK mobile/cell phone. This is on a pay-as-you-go basis, and you are to top up balance to make calls. You can buy vouchers at most convinience stores. We have always provide this service without any problems to date, but please note that the use of the courtesy mobile phone is subject to availability, and there is no 100% guarantee.
Third party services: we do our best to ensure selection of the best service providers for internet, tv, mobile phone etc, and maitain all equipment new and in good working order, but we cannot be held responsible for the reliability of these third party services. They are all courtesy of the rental. We do have had an outstanding reliability track record to date.
Rubbish collection from the street is daily, rubbish/trash is to be put outside after 5pm
Pets are not allowed to stay or to visit the property. You will benefit from a clean and healthy environment, thanks to this rule. The tenant is responsible for any pets allowed to enter the property and any damage they might cause.
The property is to be returned in clean condition (professional cleaning standard) and free from personal belongings, just as found upon arrival. Professional cleaning at check-in and check-out is pre-organised, all you have to do is agree a time directly with cleaners for checkout. Otherwise 10am checkoout cleaning applies. Additional extra or regular cleaning for longer stays can be organised your convenience and cost will depend on condition. Rate: £13 per hour. Allow 4 hours for light cleaning, 8 hours for deep cleaning. You will find direct contact details for the cleaning company when you book, and also in the property, to make arrangements directly at your convenience.
A late check-in is offered for after 18:00 / 6:00pm for a small £25 fee to be paid to our representative upon arrival

Very cosy apartment and splendid communication with the host. For us (3 adults and 2 youths) it was perfect, but maybe five grownups would have found it too small. There was a kind woman, Irina, who gave info about
the flat and reached over the keys, although we came with a late flight. She had to wait for us for a long time, but didn't complain at all, but was just very service minded. Thanks a lot! Will certainly recommend you!
The apartment conveniently located and comfortable, in a neighborhood full of pub's and restaurants. A good place to repeat. The woman who greeted us was very friendly at all times.

Nice and well equipped flat in a very pretty and lively neighbourhood with good connections to the centre by bus or tube. The whole family enjoyed the stay very much.
Davvero un bell'appartamento. Luminoso e confortevole.Ottimo per chi dopo una giornata in giro per musei e monumenti, vuole regalarsi un po' di relax, farsi un bel bagno caldo, cucinarsi qualcosina, prima di ributtarsi nella movida londinese. E' come stare a casa propria. Il proprietario Paul risponde quasi immediatamente se cercate disponibilità per i suoi appartamenti. Una sua referente ci ha accolto quando siamo arrivati e ci ha spiegato le cose essenziali dell'appartamento. La zona di Upper Street è molto carina, con ristorantini e negozi interessanti. Si può bere un buon caffè espresso da Madam Chi, ma anche provare un piatto di Fish and Chips nelle vicinanze. :-)
Inoltre è ben servita da metropolitana ( la fermata Highbury And Islington è a minuti a piedi) e bus sostitutivi.

Vermieter Paul hat bei fragen immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Die Ubergabe bei Ankunft reibungslos verlaufen. Whg. sauber, nah an den Metro. War mit meine 4 Kinder dort und der Platz hat zum schlafen ausgereicht. Einkauf-und Restaurants in der Strasse.
Finde eine Whg. buchen über Wimdu schwieriger als bei manchen anderen.
Super appartement, tout est là, même du café et de la poudre de cacao !!!
On s'y sent accueilli par toutes ces facilités (huile d'olive/sel/vinaigre...) à notre disposition.
La déco est sympa, ce petit immeuble de 3 apparts est charmant.
0 quelques petits pas une super boulangerie/bar, de chouettes restos et les boutiques un peu plus loin...bref tout est là et même un arrêt de bus(le 19) qui vous mène en 20 petites minutes dans le centre de Londres, du côté de Covent garden and co.
Paul est vraiment sympathique, nous ne l'avons pas rencontré en personne mais les échanges ont été très agréables.
Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement et lors de notre prochain séjours sur Londres, nous y retournerons !
